You might notice a message prompting you to upgrade your plan because you've reached your active client limit. But what exactly constitutes an active client?🤔

Active Clients:

  • A person with an active membership or package

  • Those who have made a booking within the last 30 days

  • Those who have made any kind of purchase within the last 30 days

Note: This also includes bookings or purchases that were marked as free.

👉🏻 You can review your active clients in contacts > clients > active clients

❓ Frequently Asked Questions:

If a client both booked and purchased a plan, are they counted twice?

No, each client is counted only once as an active client.

What happens if I don't upgrade?

Your plan will be automatically upgraded to the next level by the system.

Will I be charged until the beginning of the next cycle?

No, the system prorates the charge if your cycle hasn't ended. Therefore, you may not be charged the full price of the new plan since it considers the unused time from your previous plan.

However, at the start of your next cycle, you'll be charged the full amount for your new plan.

What if I delete clients to avoid the upgrade?

If you do this before the system upgrades, you won't be moved to the next plan.

If I delete or lose active clients, will the system automatically revert to my old plan?

No, in such a scenario, you'll need to contact our support team so we can adjust your plan accordingly.
