Transferring Clients to Fitune
With Fitune, we have a solution for every type of migration. Here are three options depending on your situation.
Option 1 — You are migrating from another software

Option 2 — This is your first time using a software for your business
If you were handling your business manually, here is how to transfer your clients to Fitune and activate their plans.
First make sure to create a profile for each client: Contacts: Add new clients
- Click on Contacts.
- Choose My Contacts.
- Find the client you want to assign the plan to and click on their name.
- Click on Memberships.
- Click on +New.
- Find the plan you want to add and click on Choose Plan.
- Select the payment method they used to pay for the plan and click Complete.
- Click the 3 dots to edit the current active plan's expiration or renewal date.
Done! Your client can start using their active plan.
Option 3 — You want to start from scratch
If you prefer your clients to visit your website and purchase their plans on their own:
- Click on Share in the top left corner of your dashboard.
- In the share link section, choose Copy.
- Share it with your clients.
Clients can go to Sign In, create their own account, and start making purchases and bookings.
