Learn how to book, edit, or cancel your classes easily through your gym’s app or website, whether you have a membership or pay per class.

Learn step by step how to book a class at your gym or studio, or how to buy it in case you don't have an existing active membership. Whether you have an active membership or are purchasing a single class, this article will show you how to manage your classes directly from your provider’s app or website.

You have two ways to book a class, depending on the options your gym or studio has enabled:

  • 🔄 Using an active membership:
    If you've already purchased a membership or package, your bookings will automatically deduct credits or allow unlimited reservations (if you have an unlimited plan).

  • 💳 Paying for a single class:
    If you don't have an active membership or prefer not to buy one, you can pay for a single class through the pay-as-you-go (PAYGO) option, as long as your provider has it enabled.

⚠️ Important

Not all plans have access to all classes, this depends on your studio's setup. In that same regard, although some classes may have a single class price, it can happen that not all of them have it, as it fully depends on how the administrator sets it up.

🔹Step-by-Step Guide

1️⃣ Go to your provider’s website.

2️⃣ Navigate to the schedule or classes section.

3️⃣ Click on the class you want to book.

⚠️ Important Notes

When booking a class, you may see two types of checkout options:

  • ⚡ 1-Click Checkout:
    If you've already saved your payment method and details before, this option lets you complete the purchase instantly with one click.

  • 📝 Regular Checkout:
    You'll be guided through a few steps to confirm the details, apply promo codes (if any), and enter your payment information before finalizing the purchase.

The plan you select to pay the class with will be the plan for which the credit will be deducted

4️⃣ You can pay with an active membership or, if available, buy a single class without a membership (pay-as-you-go).

1️⃣ What’s the difference between 1-Click Checkout and regular checkout?

  • 1-Click Checkout: Instantly completes your booking using your saved payment method.

  • 📝 Regular Checkout: Allows you to review or change your account, apply promo codes, and enter payment info before confirming.

2️⃣ Can I pay for a class without a membership?

Yes, if your provider enables it, you can purchase a single class without an active membership (pay-as-you-go).

3️⃣ Can I choose which plan to use when booking?

Yes. If you have more than one active plan, you can select the one to use:
🔹 If it’s a credit-based plan, 1 credit will be deducted per class.
🔹 If it’s an unlimited plan, no credits will be deducted — just make sure it’s active.

4️⃣ Why don’t I see the pay-per-class option?

This depends on your provider’s settings. Some only allow booking through memberships.

5️⃣ I want to switch accounts before paying. How can I do that?

Click on Go to Checkout, log out from the current session, and log in with the correct account.

6️⃣ How do I know if my booking was successful?

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment goes through and your spot is secured.

7️⃣ What should I do if something isn’t working when booking?
